Liberty Maintenance, Inc. was founded in 1986 by John and Nomiki Frangos. Through many years of hard work, determination, and sacrifice, the company evolved from painting small highway overpasses to large superstructures over navigable water ways.
John’s family has always been devoted to working together in order to keep the company thriving. The Frangos’ attribute the success of the company to good communication, hard work, and a hands on approach. You’ll always find someone from the family at the job site.
Upon John’s retirement in 2009, and through years of succession planning, Liberty Maintenance was able to seamlessly transition into the next generation of owners. John’s sons “Manny” and “Nick” now maintain majority ownership of the company. Melina, Chris and Irene manage the interior administration of the company. Together the family makes a wonderful team, and they continue to implement the work ethic that John has instilled in them from an early age.

Such services are provided in accordance with our clients’ specifications and requirements. All coating operations performed by Liberty Maintenance, Inc. require the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs by all personnel directly or indirectly involved with the operations.
We place special emphasis on safety in the performance of all work operations. A detailed corporate health and safety program has been established by Liberty Maintenance, Inc. and its implantation is mandatory at all job sites.
We also recognize and understand the hazards imposed to both our employees and the environment by certain materials encountered during the course of our operations, and implement controls and measures as prescribed in our health and safety programs to reduce and minimize the impact of these hazards. Liberty Maintenance, Inc. follows all health and safety regulations established by OSHA, EPA and state and local government.
Our management acknowledges its total support for the safety, environmental and quality control programs and recognizes the need for such programs to ensure that our customers’ specifications and requirements are adequately fulfilled.
